In reviewing my information they ask for the zip code of the payer but there is no information on the form as to who the payer is or any other info.

The 1099-R you receive will have the payer name, address and zip code.\

I finally figured out my previous problem. Now I have everything done except for one thing: I had funds rolled over from a. 403b account into an IRA. I didn’t take any money from the IRA.Do I have to report how much money I have in the IRA anyway and,if so, where do I enter it? I have looked everywhere for the answer.
When you rolled over your funds, did you receive a 1099R reporting the rollover? Also what date was the rollover performed?
Yes I did get 1099s for the rollovers, was told I didn't have to enter the IRA's because I did not take any distributions from them, so I finished my returns and sent them in. Who knows how long it will take for the IRS to get to it! If I did anything wrong I'm sure they will eventually tell me about it. I'd like to thank everyone for their help
