It is asking me for 1099-R but I did not get 1099-R and did not make withdrawals from from 401K or other retirement accounts

Try this:

Log into account

continue with the return

then go to MY ACCOUNT on the left side of the screen

Then click on TOOLS

then below the boxes will be DELETE A FORM

click on this and find that IRA contribution worksheet and delete it.
