Where do you see Tier I and II taxes? On what form and box #? Are they taxes you paid or taken out of a W2 or 1099?

Tier I and Tier II Taxes

The tax amounts are in Box 14 of the W2 - Railroad employee, 2024 first year, paid these taxes.
