Three Form 1099

I received three 1099 forms from 3 different nail salons.  For each Salon that I received a 1099, There are some business expenses that associate with it. How many schedule C should I report 1 or 3?  Should I combined these 3 1099 forms and report it into 1 schedule C.  if so which address do I list as a business address on Schedule C? Thanks

Three Form 1099

Put in each of these separately, but they can be done on ONE Schedule C.  Since you are an "independent contractor" for the salons and go from one to the other, you may use your own address as the "business address."
