I think you have to completely redo all the entries for that income stream. But when I did that, the screen you are referring to refused to let me proceed without checking one of the (incorrect) choices. Here's what I was going to post until I saw you I think are already raising the same problem:
I have a nonqualified retirement plan (military). Yet Turbotax is forcing me to answer the question that's about qualified plans (is it a 403b or not). It won't let me leave the screen without checking a value, but neither choice is accurate for a nonqualified plan. If I check "it's another type of qualified plan" (instead of "Yes, it's a 403b), then TT identifies it as an error when it runs the final check. It tells me not to check anything on that screen. But TT also will not let me continue past the screen if one of the choices isn't checked. Help! - Gerri
Delete the pension distribution and re-enter into TurboTax Online.
Updates since the date of your posting may have eliminated this issue.
