Using 2016 Turbotax deluxe how do I enter data in Form 8606?

I have basis in my 2015 Form 8606.

The TurboTax software will automatically generate Form 8606 if any of the below situations apply to you. And below you will see situations when it will not generate this form for you. 

NOTE: If you need to jump straight to that section to have it generated; go to My Account, Tools and choose Topic Search. Then type in 8606 and hit Enter. It will take you right there.

Each year I have to enter the data manually in spite of the fact that two of my 1099s have the IRA/simple box checked and I have a basis. The previous year's 8606 is available for TT to transfer but it never does.
