1. Can you get to the main menu that shows Wages & Income?
2. Can you open the next screen that lists multiple types of income.
3. Do you see: IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R).
4. If you see it can you open it
5. Did you get a 1099-R in 2023? - Yes
6. Let's import your tax info
7. At the bottom select [Change the way I enter my form]
8. How would you like to upload your 1099-R? [Type it myself]
9. If Married, Who does this 1099-R belong to?
