- Can you get to the main menu that shows Wages & Income?
- Can you open the next screen that lists multiple types of income.
- Do you see: IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R).
- If you see it can you open it
- Did you get a 1099-R in 2023? - Yes
- Let's import your tax info
- At the bottom select [Change the way I enter my form]
- How would you like to upload your 1099-R? [Type it myself]
- If Married, Who does this 1099-R belong to?
