The Address of the financial institution on my 1099-R is not in my state, and Turbo-tax won’t let me submit it because the zip code is not in my state. Any work around?

On the Form 1099-R you have Payer's information and Recipient's information.

The Payer's state and the Recipient's state do NOT have to be the same.

Delete the Form 1099-R and re-enter manually.
