Delete your 1099-R entry. If you're using TurboTax Online, then clear your Cache and Cookies and re-enter your 1099-R.

Indicate that 'yes, this distribution contains RMD' and 'all of this distribution is RMD'. On the next screen, when asked RMD amount, say 6934 (total distribution.
