The name on my W-2 and State ID doesn't match my social security, do I use the name on my social when e-filing my taxes or the name on the other documents?

You use the name that is on your current Social Security card for your tax return.  The name on the tax return and the name on the W-2's do not have to match.  Only the Social Security numbers.
