I have a 1099-R and in box 7 it has BL but this is not on the turbotax list what do I select?

"BL" is not a code, but "B" and "L" are two codes that can be reported in your box 7. TurboTax accommodates entering two codes for box 7,  see the screenshot attached. There are two separate boxes with drop down menus by box 7. Simply select each of your codes.
