Stuck on RMD error. Send a report to IRS. It was paid last yr

I did not use Turbo Tax last yr for the first time in many yrs due to my mom's complicated estate.  I paid a private accountant and paid the required RMD on my newly acquired 1099R.  Turbo doesn't have a record of it and insists I must send  a report to IRS.  It won't let me past that.  Does that mean I have to quit using Turbo Tax going forward?

you are propably entering a 1099-R incorrectly. Your tax return is the report.

if you have a 2024 1099-R enter it on your 2024 taxes.

Any other year, enter on the tax return for that year if you did not already do so.

Unfortuatnely, 2024 TurboTax has problems this year with the RMD questions.
