Stuck on Check This Entry : Other Taxable Income- TP [ ]

Hello I am trying to finish my taxes and I am stuck on this section. My section is other income statement and statement L8. 

I am unsure on what to type in the blank box after TP. Should I type in the amount in the statement? 

One of the values is for a forgiven debt and the other is for school scholarships. However I cannot (or don't) know the section to put scholarships as "Wages or Income" just on the T-1098 section. 

I'll appreciate any aid.
