SSA-1099 was received with incorrect information in box 3.
I called Social Security they said I should receive a correct form in 2 weeks -- it has been 4 weeks -- still not corrected on their website.
Can I file with the incorrect form?
The errors are: Medicare Part B Premiums $2,475.60 (actual $1782.00)
and Part D premiums $146.40 (actual 0).
Those numbers indicate that I paid IRMAA -- but did not pay that in 2021.
It is as if they used an old form and forgot to erase those.
Do these numbers impact my taxes?
Boxes 3,5, and 6 are correct.

Unless you itemize your deductions, the medical insurance numbers will not normally affect your tax return. Even if you do itemize, most filers can't use the medical deductions as it is limited based on your income. I suggest you enter the correct numbers and see if your refund or amount due changes. If not, you should be OK filing your tax return without the actual form.

However, State tax treatment may be different.
