My tax return was rejected. In reviewing it I did not include my pension only my ssi income. How do I fix it?

Since your return was rejected, you can log back in, click on the federal tab, and then report the income that is missing. Once you are done, you should go to the file tab and make sure all the information is correct and then re-file your return.
