No, you do not need to report Roth IRA contributions on your tax return, even if you turned 18 this year.

However, if you are not claimed as a Dependent by your Mom (or anyone else) and you are not a full-time student, you may qualify for the Savers Credit.  This most likely does not apply to you, but I thought I would mention it just in case.

"My Roth IRA minor contributions are included in my mom’s account/ tax for 2023."

That statement doesn't seem to make sense.  Any contributions deposited into your mom's Roth IRA are your mom's contributions, not your contributions.  Your Roth IRA contributions must be deposited into your own Roth IRA account and have nothing to do with your mom's tax return.
