Should I add the additional money in calculating my General Sales tax? Turbo Tax did not include local sales tax for my local jurisdiction--Form 600

I used the General Sales Tax calculator provided by the IRS and got the same answer as Turbo Tax.  But TT did not include the local Sales tax for my local jurisdiction--Form 600.

In the interview for the sales tax deduction, you are asked to enter the full sales tax rate, including local sales tax.  Enter the total there by adding together the state rate used by the IRS plus any local tax rate you pay.
