Hi,
I need help on how my Severance Pay not applied to Social Security limit?
Meaning I do not have to part of my SS Benefits be taxable.
I spoke with the SS Office and they told me a Severance pay is a unique situation and it will not affect my SS benefits to be taxable.
Where and how can I use Turbo Tax to help me do this?
I would prefer a call to help resolve.
I purchased the Home & Business (Personal & Sel-Employed) program which includes FREE Live Tax Advice.
My number is [phone number removed]

We cannot be sure which version of the software you are using. Your question is posting from an obsolete online Live Premier. The online versions are Deluxe or Premium. But you mention that you are using Home and Business----which is desktop download software---which does not include free "expert" live help.
If you are using one of the online "Live Assisted" versions of the software you need to contact your expert yourself.
You can arrange for the Live help you are paying the extra fee for with your questions from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. Pacific time.
If you are using desktop software, you can pay for expert help:
