RMD not paid in correct tax year -- requesting waiver

I've completed form 5329-T, which appears to be a worksheet. The info does not transfer to an IRS version of 5329 which should be in TurboTax. When I preview the file that would be transmitted to e-file, Form 5329 is not included, however the required explanation is included.

Any plans to remedy this?
