The 2021 PA 40 form had a section that reported 1099-R forms even though they were not recorded as income for tax purposes. When I printed out the 2022 PA 40 form, it does not appear to have a similar reporting section. Do I have an incomplete PA 40 download or is this non-income 1099-R reporting no longer required on the 2022 PA 40 and do I have to submit a copy of the 1099-R form anyway to PA? Thanks.

TurboTax should print out a PA-40 Gross Compensation Worksheet that will have all your Form 1099-Rs, whether taxable to PA or not.
This form is for your records. You do not have to file it with your return.
If you are e-filing, you do not have to send any forms. If you are filing Pennsylvania by mail, include only Form 1099-Rs that have PA tax withheld.
If the Gross Compensation Worksheet is not printing, select the option: "Include government and TurboTax worksheets (optional).
