Recv 2 1099-Rs for 2 states, missed cutoff for Jan 2019. How do I correct?

All of 2019 I lived in one state, but I missed the cutoff for Jan 2019, so I have a 1099-r for one month for the old state, and I have a second 1099-r for the second state that only has 11 months. I was told by the issuer that they "can not reissue with a back date".

Can I handle with TT-Deluxe?

Or do I need to go to a professional tax person?

Thanks!!!

Is there state tax withheld in box 12 on either or both of the 1099-Rs? If so, for which state or states?

If there is no state tax withheld, why do you say that the 1099-R is "for" a particular state?

Thanks for the quick response.

Federal tax was withheld from both 1099-Rs.

State tax was withheld from the 1099-R for January.

I chose to not have state taxes withheld from the second, 11 month 1099-R, so it reflects zero state taxes withheld.

Aside from the taxes that were withheld in the one month 1099-R, the second state 1099-R is not correct, because it has payment for only 11 months.

Can this be adjusted / corrected via TT, or do I need the services of a tax professional.

Thanks again for replying and asking follow up Qs!
