Recreating 2022 return & downloading UBS 1099. Getting a "Cannot download this 1099 for this user ID," Spend 1 hour on phone with UBS & they are researching. Help?

UBS suggesting this is a Turbo Tax issue. Anyone have a similar problem downloading from UBS?

I don't think you have import prior years, old current year.

Thank you for the reply. I could find nothing on Turbo Tax that indicates that downing prior year info is an issue. Turbo Tax prompted me not to include spaces, etc. Issues seems to be on UBS side. I was inquiring to see if anyone else had a similar issue with UBS.
