Won't update

I have turned off all my firewalls and the program update won't update.  I need to file my taxes soon and can't enter my retirement income.  I'm about ready to buy another software package because yours is not working.

Is your computer system up to date, and no pending updates?

Won't update

Be sure your VPN is turned off as well.
