Why is TT asking if I had prior year Roth contributions. I contribute and withdraw every year since I retired. Shouldn't that be in my records?

For example, I withdrew $14k in 2021 for a condo downpayment.

If you are referring to the net contribution question TurboTax should carry over information each year if you import the information from the previous year. Please be aware if you are over 59 1/2 and had the Roth IRA for 5 years then your distributions are Qualified Distributions and are always tax-free. In this case, you can ignore that question.
