You can only make an employer contribution.
As Bsch4477 indicated, unless the SEP plan is a SARSEP established before 1997, your SEP plan allows only employer contributions. The SEP contribution would be entered under Business Deductions and Credits -> Self-employed retirement plans.
(If you are not self-employed and are instead referring to contributions made to your employer's retirement plan, simply enter your Form W-2 as received.)
