Where do I go to find my contributions to Tradition and Roth IRAs?

To enter, edit or delete an IRA contribution -

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
Click on Deductions and Credits
Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
Scroll down to Retirement and Investments
On Traditional and Roth IRA Contributions, click the start or update button

Thanks. Though, what I meant was how would I go about figuring out my contributions in the first place?

You should have records showing your contributions or you should be able to see the contributions in the account you have for the IRA's.
