can't find form 1099-SSA in my 2019 tax
So it is not shown on your Form 1040? Then you did not enter it. Have you filed your tax return yet? If not, you can still enter it, Do you have it? They were mailed out in January.
Go to Federal> Wages & Income>>Retirement Plans and Social Security (SSA1099 and 1099RRB) to enter your SSA1099
There is a way to go on the Social Security website and request one. Go to www.ssa.gov You have to create an account with a user name and password.

If you already e-filed or mailed your tax return without including your SSA1099, you will have to amend your return, but you have to wait for the return to be fully processed before you do that. Post back for help with amending if you need to do that,
