Since it was your 401k and you are 58, you may have a penalty for withdrawing the money.
I suggest you delete that 1099-R and try entering it again.
See if you qualify for an exception here.
I understand what you are saying...but I just wanted edit because accedeny checked wrong box..so to put someone in phone to move a cursor to show me how to edit. The same way I did a 1000 times and it would not work..so for some to move that cursor they charged me like 180$
