This was your homestead credit refund for last year.  It is not available online although if you can access your tax return from last year then it is on the Minnesota return.

If you have no copies of your 2021 Minnesota return and it isn't saved in your TurboTax account then you will need to contact the Minnesota Department of Revenue.  Here's how to get ahold of them
