I did choose non of the above but in parentheses it says this is for 457 plans which is still inaccurate. It seems like there is a selection missing for standard 401k employer based pensions. All the other options refer to pensions from NY government.

Go ahead and select None of the above.  The selection isn't exclusively for deferred compensation 457 plans.  TurboTax just wants to know if it is a NY pension plan.

On the next screen, click the box From a Qualified Plan.  Continue through the interview, entering the requested information.
