Where do I enter a traditional IRA conversion to a Roth for 2020 estimate completion? Is it in the "Enter 2020 Other Income" page? Do I just enter the full amount converted?

Yes, make the entry in the Other Income section as you go through to generate your 2020 estimated payments.

Yes, enter the full amount converted as income.
