IRA Contribution

I am self employed and Contributed to my IRA in 2018.  My husband retired on 12/31/2017 Turbo Tax is saying that I can not deduct my contribution because my husband is covered by a retirement plan at work, again he retired on 12/31/2017 and because our AGI is more than 199,000.  Is this correct?

IRA Contribution

The only way Turbotax would say that your husband is covered by a retirement plan is if you told the program that.  Review your inputs concerning his having pension plan that he is eligible to contribute to.
