Income Subtraction for a non-resident of Maine

As a non-resident of Maine (I resided there 98 days last year), can I subtract ALL my social security and non-Maine pensions from my Maine income?

Income Subtraction for a non-resident of Maine

Yes, if you are a nonresident, you do not have to report social security and pension income.  You will report to to your resident state (if required).
