I will file credit card charge back and buy H&R block. Credit card is protective of payment for unrendered services / defective product. For evidence, use the fact that TurboTax announced they didn't have a fix and told people affected by this software bug to file in paper.

Hey All, it is 2020 and time to file for 2019!!!

Now I have the problem of receiving the 1099-R for this pesky over 401(k) contribution... 

I did a manual filing of my taxes last year since I wasn't sure they'd fix the bug on time. Now, per what I could read, I need to do an amendment to my 2018 tax filing, yes? Can TurboTax help with this and anyone knows how to get this done?
