I received a 1099r statement of survivor annuity paid for the remaining amount received from my mothers retirement account. How do I answer the question about RMD?

The question asks how much of the amount received was a RMD? All, some or none? There is no more money in left in her retirement account.

Yes, it is an RMD. The administrators of retirement plans calculate the RMD for recipients so there is never any question about meeting it.
