I had excess Social Security tax withheld, but TurboTax did not refund that excess. How do I manually complete item 11 on Schedule 3, so I can get this $ back?

I can see Schedule 3 and there is nothing entered under item 11, which is where I should be entering my excess social security tax paid. So I tried to manually enter it, and I can't. Please help!

You can get excess Social Security tax refunded.   The procedure depends on whether the excess withholdings were caused by multiple employers exceeding the maximum or too much being withheld by a single employer.
