There is no support button. Unless I ask a question I can't get to community or find my email with your answer and then click on that. Screen shots 2 and 3 are in the wrong order in my step by step process.
Click on your User ID and it will take you to your user profile with all the Q's and A's.
No, that still doesn't work. I'm telling you, the only way is by bookmark or email.
open up an incognito browser and type in intuit.com or turbotax.com, log in and you can't get to the community. You have to know about ttlc.intuit.com to get there. It's super annoying and has been going on for two years now.
Open a new tab in your browser and access the community outside TurboTax. This link will allow you to ask a question to the community, and this link takes you to where you can search for questions and answers. When you are in the community, you can click on your username to be taken to your profile, where you can see all of your activity.
You had to give me the link. If I hadn't booked marked this, I wouldn't have the link. Would you please tell TurboTax/Intuit to fix this. Even with the bookmark, when Intuit asked me to log in, I couldn't find community. Since I was now logged in, I had to click on the bookmark again to get to community. Over 3 years ago, I could be working on my taxes in TurboTax on my computer and there was a link to the community for questions. Now I have to jump through hoops to find it.
