How do I get passed 1099 review "required: double-click to select the form on which to report this income"?

double-clicking doesn't do anything, and the field next to schedule C is blank. I don't have anymore documents or info to input and it doesn't tell me what to input.

Please clarify and expand on your question. What specific 1099 are you referring to? 1099-NEC? 1099-MISC? 1099-PATR?
