Social Security is not taxed on your MA return. Enter your SSA-1099 in the federal section, using the instructions in the link. TurboTax removes them automatically. Make sure you entered your SS benefits in the correct spot. Mass.gov

It says we were in 10% tax bracket for 2024 with taxable income $17892 on our federal return. But we were asked to pay 21.9% blended tax on TurboTax? Can we get refund?
