Do folks know tax refunds are going to green dot to another account? when you call they do not recognize your social security number.

You may contact SBTPG, toll-free, at x-xxx-xxx-xxxx or go to their secure website www.sbtpg.com if you need more information.xxxxxxxxxx  you have to provide ss# or tpin#  but they do not recognize either???

This is normal.  You will first want to check with the IRS to see if they have provided a refund date. It can take anywhere from a few days to 3 weeks to update and show the status.
