Did not receive 1099-R from Voya. Turbotax will not let me complete my tax return without Box 2-A being completed?

Can anyone help me with this? Apparently, the turbo tax assistant has no idea what I am talking about.

You need the Form 1099-R. Contact the payer and have them send you the 1099-R or they may have the form available on their website.

What did you do that required a 1099-R? Did you take a distribution in 2020 and receive the money?
