Confusing RRB Taxes

Hi there,

 

I am having issues entering my Tier 1 and Tier 2 Tax without the form asking me for the wages. Then, when I enter the RRTA Compensation, the form says I am over-entering my income and won't let me continue. Any help with this is greatly appreciated.
