Distribution of $100,000 from my 403B annuity. How do I report this distribution using Turbo Tax over 3 years  which is allowed under the Cares Act.

That section of the program is not ready yet. The IRS has not released the official form yet, and after that happens it will probably take 1 to 2 additional weeks for TurboTax to be updated.
