That is a BUG.....and has happened to folks who had a Supporting Details (SD) sheet attached to one of the fields in last year's SS form.
IF you switch to Forms Mode, and open the Social Security sheet that should be in there, you can make entries in the A, B, C, D lines there (they are labelled as to what to put in each line)....you may find that one of them has an SD sheet attached to it. IF you delete the SD sheet before entering the data, you'll get access to the line again AND to the interview for the SS when you go back to the interview.
