Box 15 shouldn't include spaces or dashes, but the way it's typed is exactly the way it appears on my W-2 form. Should I remove the spaces, or leave it as is?

when my W-2 info was imported, it automatically added the dash and spaces that appear on my physical copy of the W-2s.

You can leave the spaces and dashes exactly as they appear on the physical copy your W-2.  This is the information that the IRS receives from your employer, and it should match what you report.
