Annuity RMD

I have several accounts that have RMDs.  On one account I did not take an RMD as I I met the annual RMD when I add the totality of my accounts that have RMDs.  Obviously, I didn't receive a 1099 from the account from which I didn't receive any money.  Do I have to report any information about this one account and if I have to report it, for information purposes only, how do I do that?

An IRA owner must calculate the RMD separately for each IRA that he or she owns, but can withdraw the total amount from one or more of the IRAs.

If you are sure that you have satisfied all RMD requirements, then in TurboTax, on each form 1099-R for RMD withdrawals, answer that The entire distribution was an RMD then on the following page, to the question What is the RMD for your account? enter the amount of the distribution from that IRA account.

By doing this, you are telling TurboTax that all RMDs are satisfied and TurboTax will not calculate any penalty. The information you entered in TurboTax is to enable TurboTax to calculate any penalty where applicable, and is not reported to the IRS.

Annuity RMD

My RMD in totality is approx $20,000 and I took out $25,000 in RMDs.  So I have met the RMD requirement.

The distributions came out of 4 accounts but I have 5 accounts that have RMDs.

I understand that distributions don't have to come out of all the accounts, I just have to meet the totality of RMD distributions WHICH I HAVE DONE.

My question was:  Do I need to make a notation (for information purposes only) to the IRS in my tax return that I didn't take anything from my 5th account.  If I do need to do this, how do I enter it into Turbo Tax.

No you don't have to enter anything about the account you didn't take a RMDfrom.
