I did a 60 day rollover in 2022. I received the funds in August and replaced them in October. If I want to do another 60 day rollover next year, when will I be permitted to? After the October replacement date, or after the August withdrawal date?
After the August withdrawal date. The limitation period is defined relative to the date of the distribution, not the date of the rollover contribution.
