1099-R Triggering Needs Review

Hello! I see this very problem addressed last year, but it appears to be happening again: I have deleted and resubmitted my 1099 – R several times, but it still appears to be triggering a request for a Canadian Institution name. Looks like this was a glitch last year. Anyone else having the same problems and do we know if there is a fix? I have tried everything.

You need to delete the 1099-R that you are currently working on and reload the form but make certain to select the 1099-R.
