I have form 1099-int from bank while i did have interest income i had early withdrawal penalty - where do i post that?

Please follow the instructions below:

1. Open your return
2. Click on “Federal Taxes” tab on the top
3. Click “Wages & Income” on the top
4. Click "I'll choose what to work on"
5. Scroll down to “Interest on 1099-INT” and click “Start”
6. Answer “Yes” to “Did you receive any interest income?”
7. Select “I’ll type it in myself” and click “continue”
8. Enter the name of the bank and interest income
9. Click on the box next to “My form has info in more than just box 1”
10. Enter the early withdrawal penalty in box 2
